Overview

The Records section contains Companies, Contacts, and Metrics. Use these pages when you need context that lasts longer than a single conversation or ticket.

Companies

Companies represent accounts or organizations.

Company list

Use the company list to search, filter, sort, create, edit, and delete companies.

Company details

A company can include overview details, conversations, tickets, contacts, peers, metrics, files, notes, and pricing.

Shortcut

Use G then C to go to companies.

Contacts

Contacts represent people connected to conversations and companies.

Contact list

Use the contact list to search, filter, sort, create, edit, and delete contacts.

Contact details

A contact page shows overview information plus related conversations and tickets.

Use G then K to go to contacts.

Metrics

Metrics represent event data and charts.

Metric list

Use the metrics list to create and manage metrics.

Metric data and charts

Metric events show incoming data. Metric charts help visualize that data over time or by company.

Shortcut

Use G then M to go to metrics, or G then E to open metric data.
