Your profile identifies you across the workspace. It appears in places like assignment fields, member lists, comments, activity entries, and ownership metadata.

Overview

Use profile settings to keep your name, avatar, and account information accurate. This helps teammates recognize who owns work and who made changes. Go to Settings > Profile.

Update your profile

Open settings and go to Profile.

Name

Use the name your teammates will recognize. Your name can appear in assignee menus, member tables, activity history, and created-by fields.

Avatar

Your avatar helps identify you in dense areas of the app, including assignee fields, comments, active user indicators, and member lists.

Email address

Your email identifies your account and is used for login and workspace membership. If your organization uses invite or domain-based access, keep this aligned with your work email.
If your email does not match your organization’s allowed domains, you may need a workspace admin to update access settings or send a new invite.

Workspace profile

Your account can belong to one or more workspaces. Each workspace can show your membership, role, and access independently.

Role

Your role determines what you can manage. Admins can configure workspace-level settings such as billing, members, integrations, API keys, and webhooks.

Membership

If you are part of multiple workspaces, make sure you are working in the correct one before changing settings, replying to conversations, or creating records.
