Use contact properties to identify a person, connect them to a company, and find their related conversations or tickets.

Contact properties appear in contact forms, lists, detail pages, and filters.

Name is the primary identifier for the contact.

Email connects the contact to message history and communication workflows.

Phone stores reachable phone numbers where available.

Company links the person to an account record.

Job title helps teammates understand the person’s role.

Some contact data may appear as additional attributes.

Use all attributes when the visible summary does not include the field you need.

Edit attributes when contact data needs correction or enrichment.
