Microsoft Teams integration

Microsoft Teams connects Teams channel activity to Sayless.

Overview

Use Microsoft Teams when your team manages customer or partner communication inside Teams channels. Microsoft Teams must be enabled for the workspace before it appears in settings. Teams can also be restricted by plan. If the page is unavailable or shows an access state, check both workspace preference and billing plan.

Microsoft Teams is available on the Enterprise plan.

Go to Settings > Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams only appears when the workspace enables Teams. If you do not see it, ask an admin to check workspace preferences and Enterprise plan access.

Connect Microsoft Teams

Teams setup is managed from workspace settings.

Workspace connection

The workspace connection allows Sayless to manage Teams channel connections for the workspace. Admins connect Teams from the Microsoft Teams settings page.

Personal connection

Some workflows may require a personal Microsoft Teams connection from Apps or Connected Accounts.

Workspace availability

If the Teams page is unavailable, the workspace preference or plan may not allow Teams yet. The first plan that includes Teams is Enterprise.

Manage channels

Connected channels define where Teams conversations can be associated.

Use the Teams channels page to review connected channels. The channels page shows channel assignments and available actions.

Assign companies

Assign companies to channels so conversations carry account context. Company assignment is what connects Teams activity to the Records area.

Resubscribe channels

Use resubscribe actions when a channel needs to reconnect to Sayless.
