Overview

Use contacts when you need person-level context: name, email, phone, company, job title, conversations, and tickets. Go to Contacts.
The Free plan includes up to 500 contacts. Startup, Business, and Enterprise are unlimited in the current client policy.

Create a contact

Create a contact when a person needs a durable record in Sayless.

Edit a contact

Edit a contact when their details, company, email, phone, or other attributes change.

Delete a contact

Delete a contact only when the record should be removed. Bulk delete actions may be available from the contact list.

Filtering and views

Use search, filters, sorting, columns, and pagination to manage large contact lists. Search helps find contacts by visible fields such as name, email, phone, or company.

Bulk actions

Select multiple contacts when you need to perform list-level actions.
