Broadcasts can be edited or managed depending on their state. Drafts are usually editable. Sent or canceled broadcasts are more limited.

Overview

Open a broadcast from the list to review its content, metadata, engagement, and available actions. Go to Broadcasts.

Edit a broadcast

Use the edit flow when a broadcast has not been finalized.

Open a draft

Open the broadcast and choose the edit action when it is available.

Update content

Change the message in the broadcast editor.

Change destination

Update the destination or sender profile when the broadcast setup allows it.

Manage broadcasts

Management actions appear in menus from the list or detail page.

Duplicate broadcast

Duplicate a broadcast when you want to reuse its structure or content for a new message.

Cancel broadcast

Cancel a broadcast when it should not be sent.

Delete broadcast

Delete broadcasts only when they should be removed from the workspace.
