Teams are groups of members inside a workspace. Use them when ownership should sit with a group rather than one person: a region, a pod, or an on-call rotation. Admins manage teams in Settings → Teams. Members can be added, removed, and given a role on the team. A team can sit under a parent team. From a conversation or ticket you can add or remove a team the same way you assign a person. The public API exposes the same membership under Teams in the API reference.
