A successful create returns { "success": true, "data": { … } }. Send Idempotency-Key when the caller might retry. The key or token needs tickets:write. Linking a company also needs companies:read when the body includes a company id that the token must be allowed to see. For the full body, open Create ticket under Tickets in the API reference.
