  • Phase 5: OAuth app actor (actor=app + client_credentials), resource scopes (tickets:read, …) with coarse supersets, and removal of workspace / metric_data_only API keys.
  • Public API Phase 0–3: curated Broad surface (@PublicApi), OpenAPI at GET /api/v1/openapi.json, API/OAuth mutation payloads { success, data|entityId, …ack }, and @sayless/sdk.
  • Phase 2: teams list / info / memberships/list; optional Idempotency-Key on create/send for API/OAuth; list request schemas documented in OpenAPI; public payloads keep sync ack fields.
  • Mintlify developer guides for curated resources + outbound webhook verification.
