# Records sidebar

> Use the Records section of the Sayless sidebar to access companies, contacts, and metrics, and jump between account-level data quickly.

Records keep customer and product context organized outside individual messages.

## Overview

The Records section contains **Companies**, **Contacts**, and **Metrics**. Use these pages when you need context that lasts longer than a single conversation or ticket.
