# Create a ticket

> Open a ticket from an integration, optionally linked to a company and a conversation.

A successful create returns `{ "success": true, "data": { … } }`. Send `Idempotency-Key` when the caller might retry.

The key or token needs `tickets:write`. Linking a company also needs `companies:read` when the body includes a company id that the token must be allowed to see.
