# Tickets API

> List, create, update, and delete tickets on the public work-graph API.

Tickets are work items on a conversation or standalone follow-ups.

## Auth

Bearer personal API key (`sl_api_…` with `full_access` for writes) or OAuth token (`sl_oat_…` with `write`).

## List

Body: `workspaceId` (required) + [cursor pagination](/developers/pagination). No additional list filters in v1.

## Create

Send an `Idempotency-Key` header on retries.

## Info / update / delete

* `POST /api/v1/tickets/info` — `{ workspaceId, _id }`
* `POST /api/v1/tickets/update` — `{ workspaceId, _id, …fields }`
* `POST /api/v1/tickets/delete` — returns `{ success, entityId, … }`

## SDK
