# Conversations API

> List and mutate inbox conversations, statuses, and labels.

Conversations are the inbox timeline for a company/contact thread.

## Auth

Bearer `sl_api_…` / `sl_oat_…` as in [Authentication](/developers/authentication).

## List / info

* `POST /api/v1/conversations/info` — `{ workspaceId, _id }`
* Statuses: `conversationStatus/list|create|update|delete`
* Labels: `conversationLabels/list|create|update|delete`

List bodies: `workspaceId` + [pagination](/developers/pagination).

## Mutations

Public writes return `{ success, data|entityId, …ack }`. Prefer `Idempotency-Key` on creates.
