# Analytics

> Build dashboards and charts over conversations, tickets, and broadcasts.

Analytics is where a workspace reviews work over time. Dashboards are saved boards of charts. Each chart is an insight: a measure, a breakdown, and filters over conversations, tickets, or broadcasts.

Open **Analytics** in the sidebar, or go to `/{workspace}/analytics`. The shortcut is `G` then `A`.

Analytics is a paid feature. Workspaces without it do not see the sidebar entry.

## Dashboards

The analytics home is the dashboard list. Create a dashboard, then open it to add charts.

Share a chart with a link. Opening a shared insight can add that chart onto a dashboard.

## Charts

A chart picks a source (conversations, tickets, or broadcasts), a measure, optional grouping, and filters. Change the controls on the insight page and save them back to the dashboard.

Charts are counted against the workspace plan. Creating one past the plan limit is blocked in the app.
