# Ticket forms

> Forms customers submit from the portal. Each submission creates a ticket.

Ticket forms are what customers fill in on the [customer portal](/admin/customer-portal). Open [Settings → Ticket forms](https://joinsayless.com/\{workspace}/settings/ticket-forms).

A submission creates a ticket. Build the form in the wizard: the fields you ask for, and where the ticket should land.

Search the list to find a form, open one to edit it, or delete a form you no longer want customers to use.

A [trigger](/admin/triggers) can send a ticket form when a ticket is created or when another event matches.
